THERE'S something about South Australia, at least the crew at
Inside Sport seems to think so.
Covergirl ... TV beauty Holly Brisley.
TV presenter, model and actress Holly Brisley, 26, is the latest Adelaide native to grace the magazine's cover, which also has zeroed in on Nikki Visser, Jaime Wright and Grace McClure.
The cover sequence was shot by Bob Watson over two days in Jervis Bay, New South Wales.
"To make the cover is what some girls dream about, it's their life ambition, but for me it's a little bit different," Holly says.
"It's something I haven't aspired to but could never knock back, especially when it's the 150th issue."
After kissing goodbye to her cartoon connections, the former host of The Looney Tune Show is on a roll.
Holly, who once dated former Olympic swimmer Scott Miller, has just finished shooting the US television movie Behind the Scenes of Dynasty (in which she portrays Heather Locklear).
She also will star alongside George Elliot and Rhys Muldoon in the upcoming Australian release The Crop.
Unfortunately, a trip to Adelaide to visit aunts and uncles is not on Holly's immediate agenda.
She moved to Queensland with her family when she was 18 months old and has lived in Sydney for the past seven years.
"I have not got back there (to SA) as much as I would like but maybe I should put it back on the to do list," Holly says.
Those heading to Sydney, however, can keep a lookout for Holly and gal pal Tiffani Wood at the Kirribilli markets where the pair sells their unwanted threads.
"You accumulate so many clothes in this industry," Holly says.
"If I move house, my biggest mission is to move my wardrobe."
